Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 554.  Without              
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 39(FIN) "An Act relating                     
to memorial scholarship loans; and providing for an effective date"            
was adopted and read the second time.                                          
                                                                               
President Pearce stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 39(FIN) will                    
be read a third time on the March 14 calendar.
